OF CONCERNED COMMUNITY MEMBERS STRONGLY COMMITTED TO EMPOWERING STUDENT-ATHLETES WITH THE TOOLS AND SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN TRAVERSING THE WORLD OF AMATEUR SPORTS. THE T.E.A.M. SERVES A POPULATION OF STUDENT ATHLETES IN DIRE NEED OF MANY THINGS, NOT THE LEAST OF ALL BEING A SENSE OF DIRECTION IN THEIR LIVES. THE T.E.A.M. HAS A COMMON GOAL TO PREPARE A GAME PLAN FOR STUDENTS BY PROVIDING MENTORING, INTERPERSONAL, AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, THAT WILL LEAD TO LIFE- LONG ACHIVEMENT. THE T.E.A.M. BELIEVES THAT EACH STUDENT ATHLETE CAN FLOURISH ON THE FIELD, THE COURT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IN THE CLASSROOM.
