THE MISSION OF THE WE CARE PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL AND EMERGENCY SHELTER, DAY CENTER RESOURCES, AND IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES, SUPPORT SERVICES TO ASSIST HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS IN BECOMING SELF-SUFFICIENT.
