See Schedule O.The purpose of WCSC is to provide a safe, high quality indoor ice rink to the community of Webster and the surrounding areas. WCSC will promote community participation in all events involving ice skating and other events in the summer months that can benefit from use of the rink. Programs will be established for pre-schoolers through senior citizens to aid in development, learning and to promote health for the individual while serving as a focus for community activity.
