OUR COACHES ARE EXPECTED TO HELP BUILD GOOD CHARACTER BY; HELPING EACH PLAYER GAIN SELF-CONFIDENCE, TEACH GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, AND TO RESPECT ALL THOSE WHO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SOCCER ENVIRONMENT.
