Wellspring is a local non-profit with a heart to provide opportunities for quality personal growth and wholeness through conseling, coaching, and training to encourage individual identity, vision and destiny. In Kern County, there is a significant gap in resources available to people who fall below the middle class (who can afford life-skill services) yet above very low income levels (who have free services available).
