TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE ARTS FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IN A DIVERSE RURAL COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION CREATES A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO EXPRESS EMOTIONS THROUGH CREATIVITY TO HELP SUSTAIN AND GROW COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
