THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MORAL AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE BAND. IT SUPPORTS THE BAND AND AN INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC EDUCATION OF QUALITY IN ORDER TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN A TRADITON OF EXCELLENCE.
