TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL, PHARMACEUTICAL AND HEALTH EDUCATION SERVICE TO THE UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED POOR OF WEST VIRGINIA. WV HEALTH RIGHT ALSO OPERATES A CHARITABLE MAIL ORDER PHARMACY FOR WEST VIRGINIA RESIDENTS WHOSE INCOME IS 250% OR BELOW THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL.
