A GROUP OF COMMUNITY LEADERS WHOSE MISSION IS ELIMINATING CRIME AND THE FEAR OF CRIME IN WICHITA AND SEDGWICK COUNTY, WHO WILL SEEK ACCOUNTABLE LEADERSHIP AND PERFORMANCE IN ALL PUBLIC AGENCIES, WILL PROMOTE AND DEVELOP EFFORTS TO HEIGHTEN PUBLIC AWARENESS, AND WILL PROVIDE OBJECTIVE NON- PARTISAN ANALYSIS, STUDY OR RESEARCH AND REQUESTED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CONCERNING CRIME BASED LEGISLATION.
