THE PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL HUMAN SERVICES THROUGH TEMPORARYASSISTANCE PROGRAMS TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS. WCS ALSO PROVIDESREFERRALS TO OTHER COMMUNITY OR REGIONAL RESOURCES AND GIVES ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTSIN CULTIVATING ADDITIONAL LIFE SKILLS.
