SPECIFIC PURPOSES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE EDUCATION OF YOUTH REGARDING HOCKEY. OPERATING AS A QUALIFIED AMATUER SPORTS PROGRAM TO FOSTER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AMATUER COMPETITION AND TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP ATHLETES IN THE SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY.
