THE MISSION OF FATHER BAKER MANOR, AS PART OF THE CATHOLIC HEALTH SYSTEM (CHS) IN WESTERN NEW YORK, IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES IN A LONG TERM CARE SETTING.
