THE MISSION OF YAMHILL COUNTY CASA IS TO SPEAK-UP FOR ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY ADVOCACY FOR VICTIMS OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT AND TO SEEK SAFE PERMENENT HOMES FOR KIDS.
