TO PROVIDE ORCHESTRAL MUSIC EDUCATION AND PERFORMING EXPERIENCES TO YOUNG INSTRUMENTALISTS, AGES 11-18, RESIDING IN NEW YORK CITY WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON WESTERN AND EASTERN REPERTORIES, INCLUDING CLASSICAL, JAZZ, POPULAR FILM AND ASIAN MUSIC.To promote orchestral music by conducting organized concerts and concert tours, such as performANCES GIVEN AT school, church, festival, music hall, AND VARIOUS community CENTERS, etc.
