NO PART OF THE NET EARNINGS OF THIS CHAPTER SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY INDIVIDUAL. THE CHAPTER SHALL TAKE NO PART IN, OR GIVE SUPPORT TO, THE NOMINATION, ELECTION OR APPOINTMENT OF ANY CANDIDATE TO LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL PUBLIC OFFICE.
