ZETA PSI FRATERNITY, INC. IS A NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, FOUNDED IN 1847, AND INCORPORATED IN 1966. THE FRATERNITY IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR FRATERNITY CHAPTERS AND MEMBERS. AS OF THIS YEAR END, (SEE SCHEDULE O) THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 2,000 UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS AND 30,000 ALUMNI MEMBERS. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 52 ACTIVE UNDERAGRADUATE CHAPTERS, IN SIX COUNTRIES, ON TWO CONTINENTS.
