THE 1882 FOUNDATION PROMOTES PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE CHINESE EXCLUSION LAWS AND BROADENS PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAWS, THEIR HISTORY, AND RELEVANCE TODAY. WE PROMOTE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS THAT PRESERVE AND INTERPRET THE HISTORY OF CHINESE CONTRIBUTIONS IN FORMING AND ENRICHING AMERICA.
