THE CAMPUS HAS TWO BUILDINGS WHICH ARE LEASED TO NUEVA ESPERANZA, INC., ESPERANZA ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL, EASTERN NORTH PHILADELPHIA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND OTHER TENANTS FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES.
