IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE NONPROFIT HOUSING FOR USE AND OCCUPANCY BY ELDERLY PERSONS, AND WILL PROVIDE SERVICES WHICH WILL ENHANCE THE ABILITIY OF SUCH PERSONS TO LIVE SAFE, USEFUL AND INDEPENDENT LIVES INCLUDING ACCESS TO HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES.
