INSTRUCT THE PUBLIC ON SUBJECTS USEFUL TO INDIVIDUALS AND BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY, 3. FURTHER THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND 4. SUPPORT OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTER RELIEF FOR MEMBERS.
