Abilities Movement, Inc. (AM) is a service provider whose goal is to promote inclusion for people with disabilities and their families so that they may enjoy the benefits of recreational programming. (Continued on schedule O)Utilizing fitness centers, municipal recreational programs and disability oriented services, AM can create a community environment beneficial for all. AM will assist in the development of recreational programs, provide education and training opportunities, develop integration services, and assess the accessiblity and effectiveness of programming for people with disabilities. These services will allow people of all ages and abilities to have successful experiences while ensuring all additional needs will be met. This plan will lead to an expansion of services designed to support the growing needs in our local society.
