THE PRIMARY ACTIVITY OF ACS/HOPE FELLOWSHIP, INC. IS TO OWN PROPERTY AND RENT THAT PROPERTY OUT TO TWO 501 C (3) NON-PROFIT TENANTS. THIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY COLLECTING RENTAL INCOME FROM THOSE TWO TENANTS AND USING THE RENTAL INCOME TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE TO OWN PROPERTY.
