TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHICH ALLOWS YOUNG INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN ORGANIZED SPORTS, RECREATION, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AFTER SCHOOL HOURS AND DURING OTHER FREE TIME WITH THE AIM OF HELPING SUCH YOUNG INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP INTO RESPONSIBLE AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
