THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE ARTISTIC, RECREATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS WHO MIGHT BENEFIT FROM SUCH PROGRAMS.
