ADVOCATES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IS ORGANIZAED TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE LAW AND THE ENVIRONMENT, TO PROVIDE LOW-COST LEGAL SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC AND OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND TO USE LEGAL MEANS SUCH AS LITIGATION TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
