THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH WAS ENTERED INTO IN ACCORDANCE WITH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNION AND VARIOUS EMPLOYERS, PROVIDES FOR CONTRIBUTIONS BY THE EMPLOYERS TO A TRUST TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELFARE COVERAGE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.
