Mission

To engage, or otherwise participate, in financing activities which will furtherthe charitable mission of the Supported Organization in connection with the (i) rehabilitation ofan existing 56,484 square foot skilled-nursing facility (the "Existing Facility") located at 900Wylie Road SE, Marietta, GA 30067 (the "Land"), (ii) construction and development of a new75,023 square foot memory care wing on the Land (the "New Wing, and together with theExisting Facility, the "Facility, and together with the Land, the "Property"), and (iii) leasing ofthe Property to the Supported Organization for its operations (collectively, the "NMTC Project")
