PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOUTH, ADULTS AND FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY WHICH WILL ASSIST THEM WITH PARENTING EDUCATION, CAREER EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, HEALTH SERVICES, GRADUATION, AND ADVANCEMENT TO HIGHER EDUCATION.
