SUPPORTS ARE PERSON-CENTERED AND PROVIDED FOR IN ENVIRONMENTS THAT PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL CHOICE WHILE MAINTAINING INDIVIDUAL HEALTH AND SAFETY.
