APEB SEEKS TO PROVIDE CULTURALLY SENSITIVE, NON-JUDGEMENTAL AND EFFECTIVE SERVICES TO ALL PERSONS AND COMMUNITIES IN ALAMEDA COUNTY LIVING WITH AND AFFECTED BY HIV.
