THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE ACTIVITIES OF THE AKRON BAR ASSOCIATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3). THE FOUNDATION ALSO ACTS AS THE CHARITABLE ARM OF THE AKRON BAR ASSOCIATION AND PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING LAW STUDENTS.
