Alameda County Parents Counsel Incs sole purpose is to provide qualified independent contract attorneys to represent parents and other interested parties in dependency matters located in Alameda County CA. Our panel of independent contract attorneys provide legal representation to the parties once the Department of Children and Family Services promotes their matter to a court case.
