TO PROVIDE ORGANIZED YOUTH BASEBALL AND BASEBALL EDUCATION TO YOUTH 19 YEARS AND YOUNGER THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF ALASKA BY 1) ESTABLISH BASEBALL CLINICS AROUND THE STATE, 2) PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL TRAINING FOR COACHES OF YOUTH BASEBALL, 3) CREATE A SHOWCASE.
