THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO CREATE AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL LIKE EVENT TO TAKE PLACE DURING A LOW DEMAND PERIOD, OVER A THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IN THE CITY OF ALBANY, TO BRING TOGETHER RESIDENTS AND VISITORS.
