The Foundation, a non-profit corporation, is governed by an elected Board of Trustees, whose members serve as advocates for the University and its colleges, schools and programs.Private support funds scholarships, eminent scholar chairs, professorships and the innovative programs that distinguish ASU as an exceptional institution.
