RESPONSIBILITY EMERGES FROM PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN GOVERNING THE SCHOOL AND THEIR OWN EDUCATION, AND COMMUNITY RESULTS FROM DIVERSE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WORKING TOGETHER AND LEARNING FROM EACH OTHER.
