THE MISSION OF THE HFM PREVENTION COUNCIL IS TO INCREASE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN HAMILTON, FULTON AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES BY PREVENTING AND REDUCING ADDICTION DISORDERS THROUGH EDUCATION, RECOVERY SUPPORTS, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
