(ACHS) IS THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES:JOHNS HOPKINS ALL CHILDRENS FOUNDATION, INC.ALL CHILDRENS RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC.WEST COAST NEONATOLOGY, INC.PEDIATRIC PHYSICIAN SERVICES, INC.KIDS HOME CARE, INC.ACHS CONTROLS, COORDINATES, AND SUPERVISES THESE ENTITIES. IN ADDITION IT PROVIDES THE MANAGERIAL SUPPORT AND THE LONG-RANGE STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THESE ENTITIES.
