ALL IN FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT, VOLUNTEER SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN NEED OF SUCH SERVICES TO ENHANCE PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND OR COMMUNITY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. ALL IN FOUNDATION ACTIVITIES SHALL PROMOTE ASSISTANCE TO NO/LOW INCOME POPULATIONS/COMMUNITIES; AS WELL AS RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, OR SCIENTIFIC EXPANSION.
