The purpose of the Organization is to promote social welfare by addressing the root causes of the digital divide, including affordability and accessibility; advocating for a robust, permanent, and coordinated broadband expansion built upon existing broadband infrastructure that ensures all people get connected and that is fair to and inclusive of all Americans; and other related purposes.
