IT EXISTS TO ADVOCATE FOR ESSENTIAL AND EFFECTIVE INDUSTRY REGULATIONS, PROTECTION OF WISCONSIN HEALTH CARE CONSUMERS, AND POLICIES THAT PROMOTE AN EFFICIENT, COMPETITIVE, AND COST EFFECTIVE WISCONSIN INSURANCE MARKETPLACE.
