TO SUPPORT THE MEMBERS OF THE ALLIED PILOTS ASSOCIATION AS FOLLOWS: *TO OPERATE A NON-PROFIT EMPLOYEE-REPRESENTING ASSOCIATION, A LABOR UNION *TO PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE RIGHTS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE APA AND TO PROMOTE THEIR PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS, INCLUDING TIMELY PROSECUTION OF INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE GRIEVANCES *TO ESTABLISH AND TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING AND MAINTAINING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS COVERING RATES OF PAY, RULES, AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE APA AND TO SETTLE PROMPTLY DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES WHICH MAY ARISE BETWEEN SUCH MEMBERS AND THEIR EMPLOYER.
