TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF PRACTICAL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY TO THOSE EEMPLOYED OR INTERESTED IN THE DRILLING INDUSTRY. TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT WITHIN THE DRILLING INDUSTRY, THE COMMUNITY, AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH IT CO-EXISTS.
