IT ACCOMPLISHES THESE OBJECTIVES THROUGH LITIGATION AND LEGAL ADVOCACY AS WELL AS THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION AND OUTREACH ALL DONE TO SECURE AND ADVANCE THE CIVIL LIBERTIES VALUES WHICH ARE REFLECTED IN THOSE AND OTHER AMENDMENTS AND PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION
