The mission of the organization is to create dynamic leaders by providing professional growth opportunities resulting on the overall improvement of healthcare in Texas. The organization intends to be the professional membership socieity for healthcare executives in North Texas, to meet its members' professional, educational and leadership needs, to promote high ethical standards of conduct to advance healthcare leadership and management excellence and to promote the mission of the American College of Healtcare Executives.
