THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO REPRESENT APPROXIMATELY 722 SCHOOL EMPLOYEES FROM LA JOYA ISD AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVEL WITH THE GOAL OF OBTAINING BETTER SALARIES, BENEFITS, AND WORKING CONDITIONS. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS SEVERAL MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES.
