The Organization is a Christian development organization that provides love, hope, and opportunity to children with disabilities and strives to end abandonment by keeping families together. The Organizations National Office Director and board of directors communicate with the ICC board of directors and foreign individuals periodically. They will also travel to China to view the impact of the funds they provide.
