THE FUNDS MAY BE DISTRIBUTED TO OTHER INSTITUTIONS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN THE UNITED STATES AND/OR ISRAEL, AND/OR DIRECTLY TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS.
