FOUNDED IN 1971, AKF FIGHTS KIDNEY DISEASE ON ALL FRONTS WITH A COMPREHENSIVE SCOPE OF PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT PEOPLE ACROSS THE SPECTRUM FROM DISEASE AWARENESS AND PREVENTION THROUGH POST-TRANSPLANT LIVING.
