THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 18 PROVIDES LOCAL SUPPORT FOR THE VETERANS IN THE COMMUNITY. THEY PROVIDE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT ALONG WITH ACTIVITIES, MEALS AND ENTERTAINMENT. THEY VOLUNTEER TO HELP THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH EMERGENCY SERVICES, SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL GRADUATING SENIORS; THEY ALSO PROVIDE THE COLOR GUARD FOR LOCAL CEREMONIES. FACILITIES ARE USED FOR FUNDRAISING FOR THE COMMUNITY. SUPPORT GROUPS FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. PROVIDE FAMILY ACTIVITIES DURING HOLIDAYS.
